What to Expect at Your Visit to Seattle Sperm Bank

Being a Sperm Donor is a great way to Supplement your income while helping a family!

You start the process by filling out our Online Application.
Upon completion of the Application, you will receive more details about the next steps in the process.

Your first visit to our Lab will include a semen analysis to evaluate the health a viability of your sperm quality.
You will be asked to use one of our donation rooms to leave a specimen sample, which will be analyzed by our Laboratory Analysts.
We will notify you via email with the results within 2-5 business days, and if your sperm quality is approved, the next step is to conduct a Family History Interview with our Donor Coordinator.
This is a 30 – 45 minute conversation about your, and your family’s, general health.
The final visit in the application process is a General Physical with our Medical Doctor. This is similar to an Annual Physical with a General Practitioner.
For this visit, you will also be asked to leave a semen sample, and you will get paid $50 cash at this time!

Once you are approved, you will receive $70 per donation. You can donate up to three times per week, earning up to $1,000 per month.
Plus, we’ll even give you $200 bonus if you refer a friend who makes it into our program.

Please note that you will not be paid for your first donation. This initial screening sample is only to confirm the health and viability of your sperm, and will be discarded after the analysis is completed.
