The information you provide is kept strictly confidential. This report will only be used to record children born from a particular donor, and to track for the purpose of birth limits.
We offer free access to SSB Connects (in-house Sibling Registry) to all SSB Clients who submit a Birth report to us (note that this is limited to births only). You can submit a birth report by using our Pregnancy and Birth Reporting Form below. Please note in the comments that you want access to SSB Connects, or you can send an email to ssbconnects@seattlespermbank.com to request access after submitting your birth report!
