Meet Tycho (11060)

Tycho is 5'10" with a sturdy, strong build. His features are strong but approachable: a broad forehead, defined jawline, straight nose, and warm brown-green eyes. He keeps his blonde hair short and neatly styled, usually with a slight side part. With fair skin and an active, outdoorsy look, Tycho comes across as down-to-earth and comfortable being himself.

Tycho earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, which fits his practical, analytical side. He enjoys figuring out how things work, taking on complicated challenges, and finding a path from an idea to something tangible. He also knows himself well enough to laugh at one of his own habits: getting excited about a new idea and taking on more projects than he can reasonably fit into his schedule.

The people closest to him describe him as funny, energetic, loyal, dependable, and thoughtful. Tycho sees himself as creative, outgoing, and introspective, someone who enjoys a good conversation but also spends time pondering things. He tends to be optimistic and believes that setbacks are temporary.

In school, Tycho participated in cross-country, track, and swimming. These days, he still makes regular exercise part of his routine through running, strength training, swimming, volleyball, pickleball, and bouldering. Completing a marathon is one accomplishment he is especially proud of. For him, it was proof that consistency and determination pay off.

Tycho is interested in science, technology, history, art, and the natural world. He enjoys museums and likes learning about the people and ideas that have shaped different places and periods in history. Some of his favorite childhood memories come from long days outside with friends exploring woods, creeks, lakes, building forts, and looking for fossils. Those experiences stayed with him and helped shape his lasting love of nature.

Looking ahead, he hopes to keep building a life with meaningful work, close relationships, opportunities to learn, and plenty of new experiences. Tycho believes that ambitious goals are worth pursuing.
