Orders placed before 12pm PT / 3pm ET (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; after this, they ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday. Standard delivery is 2 business days.
Next Day delivery may be available upon request, including Saturday delivery where supported. To arrive the next day, orders must be placed before 12pm PT / 3pm ET (Mon–Fri). Please note that Next Day delivery is only available to select domestic locations and is not guaranteed by shipping carriers.
Yes — our goal is for your order to arrive before your donor sperm delivery. This gives you time to review the instructions, familiarize yourself with the applicator, and book your 1:1 consultation.
